What is the difference between an ATM and Debit Master Card®?
With our ATM and Debit Master Cards®, you can make deposits or withdrawals, check your balances and transfer funds between your Ridgewood accounts.

However, the Debit MasterCard® can do more. It can be used to make purchases anywhere the MasterCard® symbol is displayed and accepted such as restaurants, stores, and for telephone or online purchases.

How secure is Online Banking?
The confidentiality of your personal information is very important to us. We use a combination of User ID, Password and 128-bit Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL) Encryption, which is currently one of the highest levels of security available for Internet transactions. You also have the ability to change your password periodically and to adjust the session time-out period. You can view account information and perform transfers safely when using Online Banking.

What are the system requirements I need to use Online Banking?
You can use Online Banking from any PC compatible or Macintosh computer that has Internet access and a compatible browser. Online Banking has been verified to work on the most recent versions of the most popular browsers (Netscape Navigator 4.75 or higher; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher; or AOL version 6.0 or higher).

What type of accounts can be accessed?
With Online Banking you can view Ridgewood Checking, Certificate of Deposit, Statement Savings and Loans accounts.

Can anyone else see my account information?
No. Your online account information is available through access methods that have been rigorously tested for security accessibility. The information is not public. Only you can access it using your Sign-On ID and Password.

You can help safeguard your information and the banking systems by protecting your Sign- On ID and Password. A proper combination of your Sign-On ID and Password is the only way to get access into your account. Please be careful to keep this information secure and Sign-off when done.

Does Online Banking show up-to-the-minute balance information?
Online Banking utilizes "real-time" banking balances that will reflect transactions completed on the day made. However, some transactions may not actually appear on Online Banking until the next business day.

How much history will be available for my account?
Online Banking displays the last 31 days of account activity. You can see additional activity by clicking on the More History button.

How much does Online Banking cost?
Online Banking is currently FREE.

What is my Password?
You create your password during the registration process for Online Banking. The password needs to be between 6 and 8 characters with at least one alpha and one numeric character. Once approved for Online Banking you will need to change your password upon initial sign on.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link located underneath the login.

How often should I change my password?
You should change your password on a regular basis.

Should I share my password with anyone?
Never reveal your password to anyone or leave your password anywhere that someone else can obtain and use it. Ridgewood Savings Bank will NEVER ask you for your password.
