As per CDC and New York State Guidelines, individuals who have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 must wear masks before entering Ridgewood Savings Bank locations. 

Before entering a branch, we ask that you please take time to read the below guidelines:

  • Face coverings are required for all individuals who have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before entering our branches, but we may ask that you lower your mask to verify your identity when completing a transaction.
  • All individuals who have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 must adhere to social distancing guidelines of six feet. To ensure proper social distancing, floor decals have been placed throughout the branch.
  • We encourage you to utilize our hand sanitizing stations upon entering and leaving the branch.
  • Protective shield guards have been installed at our teller and customer service stations.
  • We ask that If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and consider alternative options available to conduct your banking needs.
