Victor is a longtime New Yorker with more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, including more than a decade as part of Ridgewood's commercial lending team. Jordan is a seasoned commercial real estate lender with over two decades of experience across diverse asset classes. His career began at Lehman Brothers' CMBS group, where he honed his skills as an intern. Subsequently, he held loan origination positions at renowned financial institutions including Citibank, Bank of America, and Cantor Fitzgerald. More recently, Jordan focused on multifamily and mixed-use properties in the Tri-State Area as a lender at Kearny Bank and MY Safra Bank. His expertise spans a wide range of commercial real estate sectors, making him a valuable asset to any lending team. A graduate of Ithaca College, Jordan currently resides in Westchester, New York.
