  1. Make sure your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone.
  2. Download the latest version of the Mobile Banking app from the App Store.
  3. After logging in for the first time, go to Settings > Apple Watch and enable.

Take control of your Ridgewood debit card and help prevent unauthorized transactions, right from your phone using our Mobile Banking App. Card Controls provides a wide range of features to help you fight fraud and manage your card, quickly and easily.

  • Get real-time alerts when your card is used, approved or declined.
  • Monitor balances and recent transactions right from your phone.
  • Control how and where the card is used - you can set limits based on location, merchant category, transaction type and dollar amount.
  • Turn "off" your debit card to prevent unauthorized transactions if it's lost or stolen.
