What You’ll Need
First, drop off your original Trust Agreement document and the Trust’s Tax ID number (EIN if applicable) at any branch and our law firm will review the information. Each trustee must be present at the branch and must bring the following:
- Photo ID
- Social Security number
- Proof of your New York State address
