

Opening a new account?
To ensure that your appointment is as seamless as possible, here is what you can expect during your appointment:
- We will discuss your financial situation and identify the right Ridgewood account(s) to meet your needs.
- We will explain how each product and service works, open your account(s) and assist you with any deposits you make.
- We will help you set-up online access to your account(s) if applicable.
- Please review the list of identification and documents needed to open a new account below.
Identification needed to open a new account or IRA:
- Your Social Security Number / Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Two forms of ID, with one being a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport). Additionally, if your address differs from what is on your ID, please bring proof of address, such as a utility bill.

Who should I ask for when I arrive at my in-person appointment branch location?
Just let any of the Bankers know you are there for an appointment, and they will direct you to the appropriate person.
If I am late for my appointment, can I still meet with a Banker?
Of course, our Bankers will assist you as soon as they are available.
What if I missed my appointment?
We will be happy to meet with you at a different time. Please click here to schedule a new appointment.
How do I reschedule or cancel an existing appointment?
Please open the appointment confirmation email that you received after you scheduled your appointment. This email has a link in it that allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
