1Rates $650,001 - $1,250,00 add 0.125% to the base rate. Rates $1,250,001 - $2,500,000 add 0.250% to the base rate. Rates over $2,500,000 add 0.375% to the base rate.
Except as otherwise set forth, rates are available for owner occupied properties located in the five boroughs of NYC, Nassau, Westchester, Suffolk, Putnam, Rockland and Fairfield Counties.
Maximum loan amounts apply.
Annual cap on 5/1 adjustable products is 2%. Annual cap on 7/1, 10/1 and 15/1 adjustable products is 5% at first adjustment and then 2% thereafter. Lifetime cap on all adjustable products is 6% over the initial interest rate. For adjustable rate mortgages, the interest rate may increase after consummation.
