Online/Mobile Profile Deletion

Following recent compliance updates from Google and Apple regarding user privacy and data safety, the Google Play Store requires Ridgewood Savings Bank to provide a way for customers to request the removal of their online/mobile profiles and associated data.

If you'd like to remove your online/mobile profile and related data, please send an email request to [email protected] with "Remove Online/Mobile Profile" in the subject line and include the best contact number to reach you. A member of our Digital Banking team will contact you to confirm the request and initiate the process.

Upon completing this request, Ridgewood Savings Bank will delete all associated data stored within our mobile and online banking system. This data will no longer be accessible. Your bank accounts and their transaction history will remain unaffected as long as the accounts are open.
